Technology architecture, data and artificial intelligence to solve business challenges

Solution architect and enterprise technology advisor with 19+ years of experience.

I am a senior technology professional with 19+ years of experience in engineering, solution architecture, cloud platforms, data integration and technical leadership. My approach combines technical depth, architectural thinking and business focus to design solutions that answer real organizational needs.

I have worked across cloud and platform architecture, containers and Kubernetes, data engineering, platform integration, analytics and technology modernization. That range lets me approach problems as a whole: understand the business context, assess existing capabilities, define a target architecture and lay out a viable path to implementation and evolution.

My focus is the convergence of solution architecture, data and artificial intelligence: data platforms, integration and transformation processes, enterprise analytics, intelligent automation, and new solutions built on generative models and agentic systems.

Beyond the technology, I care about turning these capabilities into results: better processes, data-driven decisions, digital products, less operational friction and new business opportunities.

I take part both in defining the vision and the architecture and in evaluating alternatives, structuring initiatives, building proofs of concept and MVPs, and guiding teams toward solutions that are maintainable, scalable and aligned with the organization's goals.

My purpose is to connect business and technology so that innovation doesn't stay an idea, a slide deck or an isolated pilot, but becomes a useful, measurable and sustainable business capability.

Leadership

How technical judgment turns into decisions and execution.

Architectural vision
Turning needs and constraints into target architectures and reasoned decisions.
Technical leadership
Guiding teams, setting standards and helping solve complex problems.
Initiative management
Breaking goals down into deliverables, dependencies, risks and implementation stages.
Business alignment
Linking technical decisions to cost, risk, operations, value and business priorities.
Applied innovation
Evaluating new technologies and turning opportunities into prototypes, MVPs or structured initiatives.

Working principles

  • Technical rigor

Talking about architectures, patterns, decisions and constraints with precision.

  • Business perspective

Explaining why a solution matters and which goal it pursues.

  • Pragmatism

Telling apart what is technically possible, what is viable and what is actually worth building.

  • Responsible innovation

Exploring new technology without mistaking experiments for proven results.

Have an initiative that needs to move from idea to a working solution?

Tell me about the context and the goal. We'll work out together what is worth building, why, and how to start.
